Peace Sign Over-Sized Feltie

This adorable OS feltie sews in the 4x4 hoop on any colored vinyl.

This over-sized feltie design can be used for many things. Make Planner Bands, by adding FOE (fold over elastic) before sewing the backing on, also can be glued to metal hair clips and barrettes, glued to straws or wooden skewers and poked into cakes, plants, or even Easter Baskets. These also make really cute elastic headbands or headband sliders.
